Compatibility
Star Wars Podracer works fine on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 (x64).
Issue: Two mouse cursor
If you start Star Wars Racer, you’ll usually see two cursors, which can be very annyoing. We fixed this with a selfmade configuration file using ACT.
Issue: The game runs too fast
Fortunately, dgVoodoo solves this problem with the help of a frame limiter. No further interventions are necessary, the installer fixes this issue.

In order to play Star Wars Racer in higher resolutions, I decided to integrate dgVoodoo by dege into the installer. Just open the dgVoodoCpl.exe in the game directory for further settings. I recommend using our predefined dgVoodoo.conf which will be in your game directory after the installation process! 😊

Hier haben wir eine kleine Anleitung wie Ihr Dungeon Siege unter Windows 7 und Windows XP x64 Systemen zum Laufen bekommen könnt.
1. Zunächst stellt sicher, dass DirectX 9.0c auf Eurem System installiert ist.
2. Nun installiert Dungeon Siege.
3. Jetzt müsst ihr das Installationsverzeichnis des Spiels aufrufen. Gewöhnlich „C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Games \ Dungeon Siege“. Dort müsst ihr die DSVideoConfig.exe finden, diese per Doppelklick öffnen.
4. Als nächstes die Zeile „Primary Display Driver – Hardware“ ändern. Und zwar muss man „Primary Display Driver“ durch seine aktive, primäre Grafikkarte ersetzen. Als Beispiel, man hat eine Geforce 9800 GT, also nun die Zeile in „NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT – Hardware“ editieren.
5. Unter der exe kann man auch die Auflösung an seinen Monitor anpassen. Also bei einem 24 Zoll Display einfach die Werte ändern indem man die Auflösung bei width (Breite) und height (Höhe) neu setzt. Als Beispiel die native Auflösung:
width = 1920
height = 1080
Achtung! Diese Änderungen sind nur bei Dungeon Siege ohne dem Addon Legends of Aranna möglich! Leider haben wir dafür noch keine Lösung gefunden.
